New prices will expand the market for immersive images

Cupertino, California - September 1, 1998 -- Be Here(tm) Corporation, the
Immersive Imaging Company, announced today that the Portal S1(tm), the
industry's only one-click, 360-degree immersive imaging system, is now
available for $4,995 (US and Canada only). The new pricing, a result of
ongoing product innovation, is based on new manufacturing efficiencies and
a higher sales volume.

"The market acceptance of the Be Here immersive capture system has allowed
us to move into higher volume production and permits us to pass on the cost
savings to our customers," said Glen Balzer, Be Here chief executive
officer. "We also see the new pricing as a means to enable Be Here products
and immersive imaging to be within reach of those who previously could not
take advantage of this exciting technology."

The Portal S1 immersive imaging system includes the Portal S1 lens, the
PanImage(tm) authoring software and the PanPreviewer and PanViewer applets.
This all-in-one system gives those working in interactive multimedia full
control over capturing, processing and viewing immersive images over the
Internet, on CD-ROM and DVD, or through electronic kiosks.
