How to order your copy:

Note to credit-cardholders: We're sorry, but we cannot accept credit-card
orders. In order to handle credit-cards, a merchant (that's us) has to be
underwritten by a bank that handles the credit-card processing. We had
applied to American National Bank of Dekalb County, Rosemont, Illinois.
They refuse to take annual plans because you would have up to six months
from the end of the plan to contest the charges and they don't want to have
those charges on their books that long. So we changed our policy so you
would be on a monthly plan. Then they refused to handle your business
because check and money-order customers get to have an annual plan and you
don't!

As you can understand, it would be bad business for us to require all
customers, especially those who pay by check or money order, to pay on a
monthly basis. There are other banks who process credit-card orders and we
hope to find one soon who will work with us. But for the time being, we
still cannot handle credit-cards and ask that you bear with us, either by
paying by check or money order or waiting until we can. (Or maybe by
helping us find a bank that will handle your business!)

Because of this limitation on our order-payment options, we can only accept
checks or money orders drawn on U.S. funds. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
