MacTech Labs Releases Virtualization Upgrade Benchmarks
- Over 400 tests performed to compare versions

(http://www.mactech.com), today released a benchmarks studying the recently
released upgrades of the two major virtualization solutions running on
Intel-based Macs. MacTech's goal was to see how well the upgrades performed
compared to their predecessors.

The over 400 tests were performed on a current model MacBook Pro. The
tests focused on virtualization performance, computational performance,
file i/o, as well as graphics.

"MacTech Labs has been doing product evaluations and testing for over 20
years. Our focus is to help IT Pros not only in making tough decisions, but
with real-world and how-to answers. In this case, we wanted to help people
understand what to expect from upgrades," said Neil Ticktin,
