MCF Software Acquires MacRADIUS(TM) Authentication Server

Company to Advance Leading Internet-Standard RADIUS Product for Macintosh(R)

Bardonia, NY--June 25, 2001--MCF Software today announced its acquisition
of MacRADIUS Authentication Server from Cyno Technologies, Inc. MCF
Software will immediately make available an updated release of the product,
and will continue development to add modern Mac OS capabilities to the
MacRADIUS product line. The new release of the product will be available
via electronic delivery from MCF Software's MacRADIUS website,
http://www.macradius.com/, where a five-user evaluation copy of the product
can also be downloaded at no charge.

Vice President of MCF Software. "MacRADIUS is well-established as the
leading Macintosh-based authentication solution, and is known for its
robustness, stability, and flexibility. MCF Software plans to add features
that customers have requested, and to make new releases available."

In addition to MacRADIUS Authentication Server, MCF Software is acquiring
from Cyno the WebRADIUS plug-in for Web server authentication, and the
RADIUS Client SDK, a software development kit for integrating RADIUS client
capabilities into software products. MCF Software will also continue the
operation of the the MacRADIUS mailing list, which can now be accessed at
http://lists.mcfsoftware.com/macradius/. The MacRADIUS product line will
join ListSTAR, the widely-used solution for email automation services, in
MCF Software's portfolio of Macintosh-based Internet-standard server
products.

Based on the Internet-standard RADIUS (Remote Authentication Dial In User
Service) protocol, MacRADIUS offers a powerful yet easy-to-use command
center for managing the authentication and configuration of users dialing
in to networks. MacRADIUS lets a network administrator keep a single
database of user information that can be utilized by multiple network
access server devices from different vendors, and allows the administrator
to manage this database with a graphical user interface that streamlines
and simplifies tasks.
