LogMeIn Rescue Available for Windows, Windows Mobile and Now Mac OS X

WOBURN, Mass., Jan. 22, 2008 -- LogMeIn, Inc. today announced remote Apple
Mac support for LogMeIn Rescue -- a software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering
that provides IT professionals and support technicians with on-demand
remote access and control to remotely diagnose, repair and manage computers
and smartphones.

LogMeIn Rescue is a web-based remote support tool that allows
administrators to connect to a remote computer or smartphone, without
requiring previously installed software. With this latest release of
LogMeIn Rescue, administrators can easily and securely access Apple
computers and provide quick resolution of end-user and remote application
issues.

"As Mac usage continues to grow among individual users, within small
businesses and across enterprise IT environments, we have seen an increase
in the demand by IT support professionals for remote access and support for
Mac computers," said Marton Anka, CTO, LogMeIn, Inc. "With LogMeIn Rescue's

For the remote, end-user devices:
* Apple Macintosh OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and 10.5 (Leopard)
* Windows Vista, XP & Server 2003 (all including 64-bit);
Windows 98, ME & 2000
* Windows Mobile versions 5.0 and 6.0
* Internet connectivity

For the local IT professional and support technician computer:
* Windows Vista, XP or Server 2003 (all including 64-bit);
Windows 2000
* Internet Explorer or Firefox
* Internet connectivity

Pricing and Availability

LogMeIn Rescue for Mac is available immediately for download at
(http://www.LogMeInRescue.com). Pricing begins at $99 per month per
technician seat.
