New York -- Fri, October 27, 2006 -- Freeverse today announced an
update to Lineform, the new drawing and illustration program for Mac
OS X. Lineform is the recipient of a 2006 Apple Design Award, still
launches in under a second, and weighs in at 3.9 MB unlike our
significantly more expensive competitors.

What's new in 1.2.3?

* Improved image handling

* Improved automatic scrolling of view

* SVG support for inline images and improved text support

* Added millimeters as measurement unit preference

* Added functionality to transform palette for transforming nodes

* CMYK Preview is now Soft Proof; profile selection available in Preferences

* Improved layer behavior

* Altered style handling to retain a tool's style

* Improved rasterization of gradients for PDF output

* Rasterizing now performed at higher resolution

* Centering of objects shortcut fixed

* Improved Linkback features

* Faster file saving

* Improved color management on 10.4

* EPS saving with gradient

* Various other fixes

Lineform requires OS X 10.3.9 or later and runs natively on Intel or
PPC Macs. Lineform is priced at $79.95 and a demo / update is
