Objective Development announces LaunchBar 4.1 beta 2 for Mac OS X

Vienna, Austria - December 5, 2005 -- Objective Development today announced
the availability of a new beta version of LaunchBar 4.1, bringing new
features and improvements to its popular, award winning search utility.

LaunchBar offers an amazingly intuitive and efficient way to search and
access any kind of information stored on your computer or on the web. It
provides instant access to your documents, contacts and bookmarks, to your
music library, to applications, search engines and more, just by entering
short abbreviations of the searched item's name.

You just hit Command-Space to bring LaunchBar's input window to front,
enter an arbitrary abbreviation, and already while you're typing LaunchBar
displays the best matching choices, ready to be accessed immediately.

LaunchBar 4.1 delivers a whole bunch of new options for opening items
(which are now listed in detail in LaunchBar's context menu), supports
color labels, vastly improves iTunes support (introduces "Best Of Lists",
"Primary Artists", Party Shuffle support, and more), improves Address Book
support (simplifies the opening of contacts, supports contact notes),
features new "Search in Spotlight" and "Look Up in Dictionary"
functionality, provides significantly improved startup performance as well
as lots of other improvements and bug fixes.
