Late Night Software Acquires DTI's FaceSpan

VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada -- July 29, 2005 -- Late Night Software
Ltd. today announced that it has acquired FaceSpan from Digital Technology
International (DTI). FaceSpan is a Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool
based on AppleScript.

"FaceSpan is a natural fit for our company as there is a great synergy
between it and our premier product, Script Debugger, our award-winning
AppleScript authoring environment" explained Mark Alldritt, President of
Late Night Software Ltd. (LNS). "A significant number of Script Debugger
users have been asking us for an interface building tool for quite some
time now. We resisted this over the years because we didn't feel that the
market could sustain two products but when FaceSpan became available, we
saw it as the perfect opportunity to fulfill their request," he said. "We
