Jonathan Pickup, Tamsin Slatter publish new Vectorworks tutorials

Nemetschek North America has announced that Vectorworks tutorials
(http://www.vectorworks-training.co.uk) from both Jonathan Pickup and
Tamsin Slatter are now available for purchase. These tutorials focus
on a particular Vectorworks product.

They offer Vectorworks users a method of learning, with step-by-step
instructions and a conversational tone. The tutorials are based on
version 2009 but can be used successfully with prior versions of
Vectorworks.

A well-known Vectorworks user and author from New Zealand, Pickup has
created three tutorials: Vectorworks Architect Tutorial Manual, a
"project-based" training workbook; Vectorworks Essentials Tutorial
Manual, for new users; and Vectorworks Landmark Tutorial Manual,
comprised of a series of projects to teach concepts and techniques.
Each workbook retails for US$75.

Slatter, a garden designer in the UK and leading expert in
Vectorworks Landmark, has created Residential Garden Design with
Vectorworks Landmark, which covers the process of residential garden
design. This book takes you from the start of the project-drawing or
importing site surveys-through managing resources; creating hard
landscaping, planting plans, and 3D perspective drawings; to
rendering with Renderworks; and more. Currently, this manual is
selling for an introductory price of $75 until April 30. After this
time the price will increase to $85.
