Major Business E-Mail Software Update Adds Attached HTML Images, Live
Searching, Troubleshooting Assistant, New Import/Database Examples

CARY, North Carolina (July 7th, 2005) -- Intelli Innovations, Inc.,
developers of innovative hardware and software for Mac OS X, today released
IntelliMerge 4.5, a major update to its desktop e-mail merge software for
Mac OS X.

IntelliMerge 4.5 brings these major new features and improvements:

- Attached HTML Image Insertion: allows users to insert embedded images
in a custom HTML document by simply attaching the image to the message,
rather than posting it to a remote web server.

- Troubleshooting Assistant: easy, direct information within the
IntelliMerge software to troubleshoot server connectivity issues.

- iTunes-style live searching for recipients in any database.

- Enhanced Direct Mailing support: IntelliMerge now supports invalid
mail exchangers (mail hosts associated with domain names) and numbered
protocol errors.

- Duplicates & E-Mail Addresses: e-mails are now internally indexed,
allowing the Duplicate Checker to operate without regard to case.

- Expanded import capabilities: IntelliMerge matches the latest field
formats from Now Contact, Entourage 2004, and Mac OS X's Address Book.

- New FileMaker Pro 7 integration examples

- Integrated IntelliMerge Tutorial and FAQ/Help system for fast access
to setup and general usage information.

- Speed optimizations for Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" users.

Pricing and Availability
IntelliMerge 4.5 is available for immediate download from the Intelli
Innovations Company Store for $99.00. The software is also available for
delivery on CD-ROM. IntelliMerge 4.5 is a free upgrade for all IntelliMerge
4.x licensees. System requirements: Mac OS X 10.2 or later.
