INTEGO ANNOUNCES MAC OS X VERSIONS OF ITS ENTIRE CATALOG OF
INTERNET SECURITY AND PRIVACY SOFTWARE

Miami, FL, April 24, 2001 - Intego, the leading developer of Macintosh
Internet security utilities, today announced the upcoming availability of
its entire product line of security programs for Mac OS X. The first Mac OS
X versions will be released in Q2 2001. Mac OS X versions of other programs
will follow at an undetermined schedule.

NetBarrier provides three powerful modules: Firewall, Antivandal, and
Internet Filter to make NetBarrier the all-in-one solution for complete
personal Internet security.

ContentBarrier helps parents protect their children by monitoring Internet
usage to avoid contact with dangerous web sites, chat rooms, email,
newsgroups, and downloads. The program also contains key features to help
businesses optimize their employees' productivity by limiting their
Internet access.

VirusBarrier provides protection against all known viruses on the
Macintosh, and also protects against Word and Excel macro viruses. A Palm
OS version is also available.

Internet Security Barrier includes NetBarrier, VirusBarrier and
ContentBarrier, for a full security suite to protect Macs from all Internet
dangers. This suite is the perfect solution to Internet security problems.

Three new products that Intego recently acquired, DiskGuard, FileGuard and
Personal Backup, will also be ported to Mac OS X.

DiskGuard protects all SCSI and IDE hard disks, Zip and Jaz cartridges, and
floppy disks from unauthorized access, both on individual computers and
across a network.

FileGuard provides complete user access management for file, folder, disk
and application protection, on individual computers and over a network.

Personal Backup provides a full range of backup functions. It works in the
background, running backup scripts at pre-determined times, so users don't
need to worry about remembering to back up their data.

"We are delighted with the release of Mac OS X, which is a truly modern
operating system," said Jean-Paul Florencio, VP Sales and Marketing,
Intego. "Our main priority now is to release Mac OS X compatible versions
of all our programs as soon as possible."
