Griffin Technology ClearBoost - Antenna Boosting iPhone Case

Griffin Technology ClearBoost - Antenna Boosting iPhone Case

NASHVILLE, TN - April 3, 2008 - Griffin Technology, maker of all things
iPod, today announced ClearBoost, a protective case for iPhone with a
built-in booster antenna. Simply snap iPhone into the polycarbonate case
for greater coverage and faster downloads as well as the protection from
bumps and scratches that you expect from a premium-quality hard shell case.

"Signal losses affect all cell phones, regardless of phone type or the
cellular provider," said Paul Griffin, Founder and President of Griffin
Technology. "We built an antenna into ClearBoost's enclosure that's
specifically designed to improve signal strength for calls, email, and web
browsing wherever iPhone users go."

The ClearBoost case works by capturing more of the available wireless
signals and passing it to the internal iPhone antenna. It gives iPhone
users a more dependable signal and fewer service fluctuations, especially
common in rural areas, inside buildings, and other locations where cell
phones have to contend with weak signals.
