FreshBooks Mac Widget, Makes Tracking Time and Projects Easier Than Ever

Online invoicing, expense, and time tracking service connects the Web and
the desktop for professionals who need to easily track activities on the go

Toronto, Ontario, March 19, 2008 -- FreshBooks (http://www.freshbooks.com)
has released a new Time Tracker Widget for Apple's Mac OS X Dashboard.

The Time Tracker Widget is a new take on keeping track of activities. It
lets users log hours directly to their FreshBooks accounts with a slick,
easy-to-use interface, which increases utility and efficiency for those
tracking project hours from their Macs. Once downloaded, the widget sits
quietly on the Dashboard until called up to provide access to time
recording, whether the user is online or offline.

The widget provides quick and easy access to starting and stopping the
timer, updating notes, and submitting time for one or multiple projects and
tasks. It also continues to track time when not connected to the Internet,
and is not affected by computer crashes, providing a more consistent
interface for those who log time while on the road. The ability to record
data whether online or offline enables FreshBooks users to reduce
redundancies in the places they record information. Instead of recording
billing information in one location while offline, any data recorded in the
Time Tracker Widget when users are offline will automatically be updated to
their FreshBooks account the next time a connection becomes available.

"The Apple community was driven by creative professionals, many who run
their own businesses and work on project basis. Using FreshBooks is an
extension of the Mac experience, simple, fun, elegant, and a reflection of
its user. Our goal is simply to help people focus on what it is that they
do best by providing them with everything they need to track and invoice
for their business," said Michael McDerment, CEO of FreshBooks.
