immediate availability of Insider FontAgent 8.7. The new release of its
award-winning font repair and management utility adds new facilities for
finding quick answers to font problems, Mac OS X performance enhancements,
and fixes for handling very large font libraries.

IMPROVED HELP OFFERS ANSWERS AND ADVICE
The new FontAgent improves its support and feedback facilities to help
users solve font management issues. The new features include improved error
messages that pinpoint problems and offer solutions, as well as hot links
to Insider's web site for instant answers and support.

IMPROVED PERFORMANCE UNDER MAC OS X
The new FontAgent also scans font files 30% faster on systems with OS X
installed. It does this by intelligently avoiding OS X's myriad hidden
files and directories when searching for font files.

HANDLING EXTREMELY LARGE FONT LIBRARIES
In addition to its performance and support enhancements, FontAgent 8.7 also
fixes bugs that occasionally occurred when processing large font sets. In
previous versions, such problems could surface when managing font libraries
exceeding 300 megabytes.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Insider FontAgent 8.7 is available for immediate download from Insider's
web site at www.insidersoftware.com and is free for users who have licensed
earlier versions of FontAgent. For new users, FontAgent costs $69.95 US and
handles all the fonts on one Macintosh. Users can also download FontAgent
software and test their fonts for free, then repair and re-organize them by
purchasing a FontAgent license.
