equinux releases iSale 1.7

iSale 1.7 fits perfectly with Tiger

New version supports innovative Mac OS X 10.4 features

Boston/Munich, 13. May, 2005. equinux has released today a new version of
its leading eBay selling manager tool iSale for Mac OS X. The focus of this
version has been placed on Apple's new operating system Mac OS X 10.4
(Tiger).

Version 1.7 supports Apple's fast, new, system-wide search function,
Spotlight. Additionally, there is a dashboard widget which provides users
key information about running auctions. One interesting new feature is the
RSS feed in combination with a .Mac account. With this new cross-platform
technology, individual auctions can be easily publicized for potential
customers. For example, Safari users under Tiger can then see all auctions
from one seller with the click of a button. iSale also supports automator,
which allows you to accomplish often recurring actions automatically.

Even for Panther users there are many new and useful functions in version
1.7: Auctions can be observed in iCal and an alarm message reminds users
that their auction will soon be ending. With .Mac exchange users can put
all their auctions on the iDisk of their .Mac account and restore when
needed. This offers access to the auctions from anywhere. There is also a
new email link to let everyone know about an auction.

"iSale 1.7 is on par with the exciting new Mac OS X developments",
commented Alexander Dorner, head of Software Development at equinux. "With
Tiger, working on the computer is more fun and the same is true of the new
version of iSale."

This upgrade is available free of charge for existing iSale 1.x customers.
