Enhance Announced IP-based D2D Storage Appliance for SMBs

Santa Fe Springs, CA - March 21, 2008 - Enhance Technology today announced
new additions to the company's SMB market targeted EnhanceRAID R6, the R6
IP series, a 2U 6-disk based high-versatility rack storage system that
delivers up to 6 terabytes of storage capacity, performance of up to 100
MB/sec throughput, high enough to support uncompressed video surveillance
application. Protected in RAID 5 configuration running six (6+) SATA II
disks, the R6 drives data via dual high bandwidth GbE ports and supports
for Windows and Mac-based computing environments.

"Customers running with mixed platform networks such as Windows and Mac now
can take advantage of EnhanceRAID IP series' incredible price performance
and breakthrough technology," said Aaron Eskridge, Enhance's Director of
Channel Sales. The R6 IP-210 is a dual-port GbE iSCSI based system that
particularly attracts SMBs for centralized storage manageability, and has
been the best-selling disk based backup appliance in the series and is
widely used in D2D backup and security & surveillance applications.

The architecture of EnhanceRAID delivers massive storage capacity,
scalability, and versatility. The standard R6 IP-210 model comes 6
independent SATA II drive channels plus one additional NTFS based JBOD
drive housed in an Enhance brand high-end rugged removable drive carrier
for data transportation. The advanced R6 XP2100 offers expandability to
eight (8+) additional SATA II drives via company's patented SATALink bus,
2x350W redundant power supply for extra protection, and standard four (4x)
high-speed & low-noise cooling fan modules for superior airflow within the
unit, making R6 the total disk storage solution and the most versatile D2D
rackmount storage system on the market.

Enhance web-based management and monitoring utility has been enriched with
new features to make administration even easier. RAID Slicing allows
administrators to partition RAID sets into smaller segments allowing
storage to be distributed on up to 16 servers, and RAID Expansion makes
adding hard drives a simple task with no downtime required. RAID Admin also
features enhanced testing and repair tools and a more intuitive user
interface.

The XP2100 of R6 is the most aggressively priced IP storage solutions on
the market today with no additional license fee for each connected
workstation, and provides a smart and cost-effective choice for data
availability and reliability within storage area networks. "Less than a
year after we shipped the first Ultra320 SCSI based EnhanceRAID, we're now
offering more power and more storage at an even lower price per gigabyte.
With prices starting at just $2,695 (1TB standard populated model), we're
offering an incredible storage solution at just a fraction of the cost of
Sun, HP, Dell or EMC."

The R6 IP-210 and XP2100 are immediately available through nation-wide
distributor Bellmicro, online reseller CDW & ioStor, and system integrators
worldwide.
