Enfocus introduces PitStop Extreme

Enfocus has announced the availability of anew addition to the
PitStop product family. PitStop Extreme is a standalone PDF editor
for checking and correcting PDF files. PitStop Extreme also
incorporates Enfocus' preflighting engine and Certified PDF
technology to prevent editing errors and safeguard the file.

PitStop Extreme is standards-compliant, including PDF/X and the Ghent
PDF Workgroup specifications. Its familiar editing environment means
a limited training requirement. And it operates in both Mac OS X and
Microsoft Windows environments.

PitStop Extreme will be demonstrated at Graph Expo, North America's
largest printing trade show scheduled for Oct. 26-29. Once the
product has been released, interested parties can visit the Enfocus
website (http://www.enfocus.com) to download a fully functional trial
version. Fully functional trial versions of all other Enfocus
products will be available as well; these products may also be
purchased online.

PitStop Extreme will be priced at US$3,499. Included in the license
for PitStop Extreme is a free license to use PitStop Professional on
the same system. Alternatively PitStop Professional 08 users can buy
a crossgrade license priced at $2,799, to use PitStop Extreme on the
same system.
