New 3.5" Combo Drive Increases Product Line Capacity Offering

DALLAS, TX - April 11, 2005 - EDGE Tech Corporation, a leading supplier of
DRAM and Flash memory upgrades, portable computing products, storage
devices, and other experience-enhancing technology solutions announced
today the release of a 400GB 3.5" portable hard drive. This new product is
the latest addition to the company's DiskGO! portable drive product line.

The DiskGO! 400GB 3.5" portable hard drive is the largest capacity offering
to date from EDGE. This sleek storage product allows users to quickly and
easily transfer large amounts of information from one location to another
and provides a convenient way to perform routine back-ups. The company's
entire line of DiskGO! 3.5" portable hard drives support USB 2.0 and
FireWire (IEEE-1394) interfaces and are available for sale at all of EDGE's
reseller and distribution partners. In addition to the new 400GB capacity,
this product is also available in 80GB, 120GB, 160GB, and 250GB capacities.

Databases, MP3s, video files, pictures, and documents can all easily be
moved from a computer's hard drive to the USB portable hard drive. This
transfer frees up space on computer hard drives providing the user with

of mind in knowing their data is backed up safely," stated Brian Sartorius,
VP of Operations at EDGE Tech Corp.

The DiskGO! 3.5" portable hard drive is shipped with USB and FireWire
cables and a desktop stand. It also includes an external power cord and is
backed by a one year manufacturer's limited warranty. The hard drive comes
in a protective, brushed aluminum casing that allows for efficient cooling.
The 400GB portable drive will have a MSRP of $349.99 after manufacturer's
mail-in rebate.

DiskGO! portable hard drives, as well as the entire EDGE product line, are
available through the company's reseller partners nationwide including CDW,
Insight, PC Connection, PC Mall, ECost.com, TechDepot (an Office Depot
Company), Zones, Walmart.com, and Staples.com and through distribution at
Tech Data, Ingram Micro and D & H Distributing. The products are also
