support for new VideoGlide devices based on the Empia 2862 chipset.

USBVision For Mac OS X 1.3.2 and VideoGlide For Mac OS X 1.3.2 are
$29.95 for new customers. Existing USBVision or VideoGlide customers

Village VideoFX, Hauppauge USBLive, iRez USB Live and CapSure USB,

supported devices, either via the provided capture application, or
via a variety of third-party applications. The included software
features hardware accelerated full-screen playback, duration-based
recording, time-lapse recording and AppleScript support. Device
specific and external audio sources, including the built-in
microphone port of the Macintosh, or a separate USB microphone, are
supported.

Also, with sufficient USB bandwidth, the software will allow multiple
video capture devices to run simultaneously on one computer. Multiple
devices can be used with Ben Bird's SecuritySpy and SubRosaSoft's
HomeGuardian security packages allowing the monitoring of many
different video sources. Multiple devices can also be used with video
broadcast packages such as Vara Software's Wirecast, and webcam
packages such as Econ Technologies' ImageCaster, allowing multiple
video sources to be uploaded to the Internet from a single computer.

activated. Existing USBVision or VideoGlide customers may upgrade to
the new software free of charge.
