DevDepot Announces First Quarter 2001 Results

Year on Year Quarterly Revenue Grow 21.3%
Year on Year Quarterly Transactions Grow 17.3%
Year on Year Customer Base Grows 25%

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., April 27, 2001 -- DevDepot, the leading direct

announced first quarter results ... DevDepot's best quarter in its history.
First quarter 2001 sales grew 21.3% compared to the first quarter of 2000,
and excluding trade show sales, 37% compared to 4Q00. Quantity of orders
processed grew 17.3% when compared to the first quarter of 2000. And,
DevDepot's customer base grew 25%.
