Dartware Launches the InterMapper Appliance Appliance Simplifies the
Deployment of Network Management Program

HANOVER, NH -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/19/2005 -- Dartware, LLC, a trailblazer
in the development of graphical and intuitive real-time network monitoring
tools, announces the immediate availability of the InterMapper ApplianceTM
-- a small but powerful computer that comes with the InterMapper networking
software pre-installed for simple deployment.

The InterMapper Appliance includes the following:

-- An Apple Mac mini, 1.25 GHz with a gigabyte of RAM and Mac OS X 10.4
("Tiger"). Because it's physically small, it is easy to install in nearly
any network environment. Its powerful processor lets it monitor thousands
of devices.

-- A pre-installed, unlimited-device license of InterMapper. It uses
pings, SNMP, and synthetic transactions to monitor the network
infrastructure (routers, switches, and WAN circuits), servers (web, mail,
radius, ldap, etc.) and most other networked devices.

-- A separate InterMapper Remote license so the network manager can see
what's happening from a remote location.

-- A twelve-month maintenance contract for the software

"The InterMapper Appliance is perfect for my clients," says Charlie Vamman
of My Computer Consultant. "They can simply install this one product and
have it up and running without a lot of frustration."

"With the new InterMapper Appliance, my clients can have a full time
Network Administrator, without the cost of a full time network admin,
keeping their network running and up 100% of the time," adds James Dennis,
an Apple Consultant Network member.

Pricing and Availability

The InterMapper Appliance is $3,295 and is available now. It will monitor
an unlimited number of devices, and includes a copy of the InterMapper
Remote software for installation on another computer.
