StuffIt-Compressed Data Provides More Space on CyberKey Storage Device

St. George, Utah -October 24, 2002 - CyberKey Corporation and Aladdin
Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aladdin Systems Holdings, Inc.
(OTC BB: ALHI) announced today that they are partnering to provide
StuffIt(tm) compression and encryption protection to CyberKey users to
increase data storage and security on its removable storage solution.
CyberKey(tm) offers "plug and play" removable flash memory storage to any
USB-capable computer with options to store, transfer, recover and encrypt
data; and it's small enough to fit on a key ring. StuffIt provides lossless
and secure cross-platform file compression and helps CyberKey users
transport and access their data on Windows=AE, Macintosh=AE, and Linux
computers.

A special version of StuffIt is available to CyberKey users from
www.cyberkeycorp.com. CyberKey is USB v1.1 compliant and operates in
Windows 98, 98(SE), 2000, ME, XP, Linux 2.4 and above and Mac OS 8.6 and
higher. StuffIt runs on Windows 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000 and XP. The Macintosh
version requires a Power Macintosh with System 8.6 or higher (including Mac
OS 10.1).
