CS-ODESSA ANNOUNCES CONCEPTDRAW VIEWER 1.0

Odessa, Ukraine - April 4th, 2001 - Computer Systems Odessa Corp.,
announces the release of ConceptDraw Viewer 1.0.

ConceptDraw Viewer is a cross-platform application intended for viewing and
printing ConceptDraw documents, as well as files of several other graphic
formats. It exists in the Mac OS and Windows versions. The Mac OS version
is carbonized and works under Mac OS X.

The Viewer is distributed free of charge and is available from ConceptDraw
web site at:
http://www.conceptdraw.com/en/products/#cdv

ConceptDraw Viewer features:

- handy tools for scrolling and zooming documents;
- powerful printing capabilities;
- convenient arrangement of windows, when viewing several documents;
- Internet integration.

ABOUT CONCEPTDRAW
ConceptDraw is the powerful application for creating professional-looking
flowcharts, business diagrams, research layouts, organization schemes,
plans and more. It's cross-platform, so all documents, libraries and
templates open seamlessly between the Windows and Macintosh platforms.
ConceptDraw contains extensive libraries, supports intelligent
formula-controlled objects and features powerful HTML export. The program
now exists in the Windows and Mac OS versions. The Mac OS X version is
scheduled for release on April,12th.

Currently, ConceptDraw is available in English, Spanish and Italian. French
and German versions are expected soon.

The PC version: Pentium processor; Windows 95/98/Me/NT 4.0/2000; 16 MB RAM;
SVGA-monitor with 256 colors (16-bit color recommended).

The Macintosh version: Power PC processor or better; Mac OS version 8.5 or
later (with Carnbon Lib); 32 MB RAM (64 MB recommended); color monitor
(thousands of colors recommended).
