ChronoSync Now Leopard-Compatible

ChronoSync Now Leopard-Compatible

November 28, 2007 -- Econ Technologies updates ChronoSync, the automated
synchronization and backup application for Mac OS X, to version 3.3.6. This
maintenance release adds Leopard compatibility and a new installer making
ChronoSync even easier to update and install. ChronoSync will run natively
on both Power PC and Intel-based Macintosh computers running Panther, Tiger
or Leopard. Download ChronoSync 3.3.6 and try the demo, or purchase it for
only $30. As always, existing ChronoSync users update for free. For more
information go to econtechnologies.com.

ChronoSync 3.3.6 fixes bugs when running on Leopard and fixes a few minor
bugs when running on other versions of Mac OS X. Also, for the first time,
ChronoSync features an installer. Leopard specific fixes include correcting
a problem where new file attributes introduced with Leopard would show
files out of sync when they were still in-sync and added logic to automatic
server mounting to deal with subtle differences identifying and mounting
servers under Leopard. For the first time ChronoSync features an installer
which makes installing ChronoSync an easy click-through process. For a
complete list of features and fixes read the Release Notes available online
at:

ChronoSync is the easy way to synchronize or backup files and folders.
Synchronize between folders on your Mac, other Macs, PCs, external drives
or iPods. Set up a sync document to schedule and automatically mount
volumes so your syncs and backups are never missed. Archive your data and
go back in time to restore and view older files. With ChronoSync, you can
do a lot more than just copy data, you can manage data, too. Exclude files
and folders, check the current sync status of files, even run trial
synchronizations to see what will happen before it happens. ChronoSync will
run natively on both Power PC (G3, G4, G5) and Intel (Solo or Duo)
Macintosh computers running Panther, Tiger or Leopard.
