New Evolution of Serial Storage Includes Redesigned Interface, New
Features, and Improved Speed

ENGLISHTOWN, NJ -- SEPTEMBER 22, 2003 - Chronopath, Inc., today, is
pleased to unveil a new version of Serial Storage, renamed and reset to
version 1.0, sporting a redesigned interface, new features, and
improved speed.

New in Safeguard 1.0:
- Renamed from Serial Storage to Safeguard to show its broader area
of data storage, reset to version 1.0 (from would-be Serial Storage
version 3)
- Redesigned interface
- Added iPod synchronizing
- Data retrieval and write speeds greatly improved
- Added default entry kind property to folders
- Added folder notes
- URL launching is no longer an option; it can now be done from the
Edit menu
- Added live filter
- Added a password generator
- Added a clear button to the entry log
- Added delimited text import and export
- Added a way to view all entries at once
- Code heavily optimized
- Largely enhanced performance under Mac OS X 10.3 "Panther"

Safeguard is a shareware product for Mac OS X only. A free trial is
available with limitations to unregistered users which include a
maximum of 5 entries and a nag dialog on startup. Purchasing and
registering this product removes those limitations. Safeguard costs
$15 for new users, and is a free upgrade for previous Serial Storage
