Dimension forms. CalendarSet's plug-in interface is fast and intuitive, and

Fixed drag/drop issues with 4D 6.7.x
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fixed issues which would cause CalendarSet drag/drop actions to not function
when using 4D 6.7.x on Windows.
