BLUE WORLD ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF LASSO 6 PRODUCT LINE

Bellevue, WA--March 28, 2003--Blue World Communications, Inc.--pioneers of
the Web Data Engine(tm)--today announced the completion of the Lasso 6
product line. With recent releases of significant upgrades and maintenance
updates to the Lasso Professional and Lasso Studio products, the Lasso 6
product line is now stable and complete.

"The Lasso 6 product line delivers the most advanced yet easy-to-use suite
of development and serving tools for Web developers who build and serve
data-driven Web sites," said Bill Doerrfeld, CEO of Blue World. "With
recent enhancements, Lasso products stand up very well in high- volume,
business-critical production environments, providing users a robust yet
easy to manage solution for data-driven Web applications. The enhanced
productivity provided via Lasso products allows Web developers to focus
more on business and creative advancements and less on technical
challenges."

About the Lasso 6 Product Line

Announced in early September 2002 with releases beginning in mid- September
2002, the Lasso 6 product line represents a next-generation suite of
products providing Web developers a robust yet easy to use environment for
quickly building and serving data-driven Web sites. The product line
consists of Lasso Studio and Lasso Professional. Lasso Studio provides a
visual environment for easily building data-driven Web sites within Adobe
GoLive 6 or Macromedia Dreamweaver MX on Mac OS X and Windows 2000/XP.
Lasso Professional delivers a robust server engine for deploying
Lasso-based data-driven sites on Mac OS X, Windows 2000/XP and Linux. Lasso
Professional includes an internal MySQL database and provides support for
hundreds of other databases via JDBC and direct connectivity. Lasso
Professional provides a comprehensive administration interface and built-in
security system to prevent unintentional access to privileged data. Both
Lasso products support Lasso Dynamic Markup Language (LDML), an easy-to-use
yet powerful object-oriented language which can be expressed via an
HTML-like tag- based approach or via a scripting approach preferred by
advanced developers.

While previously planned, Blue World has halted intentions to bring to
market dedicated Lasso Developer and Lasso Enterprise products. The company
will rather continue to focus on the Lasso Studio and Lasso Professional
products. With enhanced focus on just these two products, the company
expects to deliver more rapid developments and enhancements in keeping with
its commitment to provide the most powerful yet easy to use suite of tools
for building and serving data-driven Web sites.

"It is critically important for software companies to remain focused on
their core products and to not lose sight of what really works today, even
while planning for what they believe will be successful tomorrow," said Mr.
Doerrfeld. "We view this as a prudent move which is ultimately in the best
interest of our customers both now and in the future. Such focus will allow
us to more quickly deliver valuable add-ons and complementary solutions for
the Lasso platform."
