August MacBUS Meeting to Focus on Automator in Leopard

August MacBUS Meeting to Focus on Automator in Leopard

The next meeting of The Macintosh Business Users Society of Greater
Philadelphia (MacBUS) will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, at
6:45 pm.

With Automator in Leopard, there is now more reason than ever before
to begin automating time consuming and repetitive tasks on your Mac.
Join Ben Waldie, president of Automated Workflows, LLC, and author
of "Automator for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard: Visual QuickStart Guide," as
we explore Automator's potential, discuss its benefits, and learn how
to use Automator to automate tasks in your own unique workflow,
giving you more time to focus on being creative. We will also take a
look at Automator's new features in Leopard, including its ability
automate virtually any Mac OS X application by recording your manual
tasks, and then playing them back as part of a workflow. Anyone
looking to get started with Automator, and anyone interested in
learning more about Automator's new Leopard-specific features, will
not want to miss this presentation.

Ben Waldie is president of Automated Workflows, LLC, a company
