SAN FRANCISCO, January 7, 2003 - Anark=A8 Corporation today
announced it is developing the next release of its award-winning
interactive, multimedia authoring tool, Anark Studio for Macintosh.
Anark will preview a Mac OS X version of Anark Studio during MacWorld
Expo, January 7 - 10, in Meeting Room #214 in the East Mezzanine of
San Francisco's Moscone Center. In an age where media consumers
demand highly compelling visual experiences, Anark Studio for
Macintosh will offer the power to create and deliver truly
revolutionary interactive content with seamless integration and
composition of 3D, video, images, audio and interactivity.

"By developing a Mac OS X version of Anark Studio we have
harnessed the Mac platform's superior power and graphics quality,"
said Justin Ebert, senior vice president of product development for
Anark. "Anark's development of Anark Studio for the Macintosh
signifies our commitment to offering the next generation of
interactive multimedia and an experience unlike any other the
Macintosh graphics community has ever seen."

Anark Studio for Macintosh leverages the core technologies of
Apple's OS X cutting-edge operating system and gives users the power
to create the most captivating interactive multimedia and 3D
experiences and deliver them on the Macintosh or Windows- based
operating systems. Designers and developers using Anark Studio for the
Macintosh will have a revolutionary new tool in their arsenal for
creating and delivering broadcast-quality, interactive presentations
beyond what had previously been possible.

Featuring a newly optimized workflow and familiar timeline, Anark
Studio features a flexible workspace, drag- and- drop JavaScript-based
behaviors, and compositing and 3D features found only in high- end
compositing and rendering systems typically costing hundreds of
thousands of dollars. With the introduction of Anark Studio,
multimedia artists and developers no longer need to sacrifice visual
quality for bandwidth and authoring tool limits and can create
unparalleled corporate presentations, learning applications, product
demonstrations and entertainment for CD-ROM, kiosks, screensavers and
the Web via the free Anark Web Client=EF for Windows PC and
Macintosh-based computers.

Beta Availability

Anark Studio for Mac OS X will enter the beta phase in mid
January. Multimedia developers interested in joining this elite beta
