DONATING WEBSITE SALES PROCEEDS TO CHARITIES

Donated To Charities

Watsonville, Calif. -September 11, 2003 - Aladdin Systems, Inc., a
subsidiary of Aladdin Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: ALHI) today
announced its annual tradition of donating $1 of each sale from its
Website over the next 30 days to help national and local charities.
Donation proceeds from Aladdinsys.com and Stuffit.com sales will be
donated according to customers' charity of choice, from the following:

3. Guide Dogs for the Blind: http://www.guidedogs.com/

"Established initially for the September 11th relief fund, Aladdin
continues its tradition of giving, and will donate $1 from each
