Genilogix releases iOS compatible QC Mobile

Genilogix (http://www.genilogix.com) says QC Mobile, is now available for download via the Apple App Store. It allows professionals to run application testing through HP Quality Center from virtually anywhere.

Using Apple iPads, iPhones, and/or iPod touch mobile devices running Genilogix QC Mobile, development and quality professionals can perform tests, track defects, and transmit electronic test data wirelessly. Genilogix QC Mobile integrates with HP Quality Center, a quality-management software platform.

"Genilogix QC Mobile addresses environments where mobility is a critical component for testing and defect tracking," says Nate Stuyvesant, chief technical officer of Genilogix. "Certain verticals like manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, hospitality, and telecommunications are now able to extend the workflow and reporting capabilities of HP Quality Center beyond software testing to handle processes like quality control, and inspections."
