  6. I don't know if these have any other name but a friend makes these for
  7. parties and potlucks and they're really great.  They take about 10
  8. minutes to prepare.

  10. Ingredients (original version):
  11. 2 large bags Ore-Ida Hash Browns
  12. 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  13. 2 cans cream of celery soup
  14. 1-1/2 cups sour cream
  15. 1 package shredded cheese
  16.  
  17. Mix everything together and spread in a greased 9"x13" baking dish.
  18. Bake at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes or until golden.
  19.  
  20. Heart-smarter version:
  21. 2 large bags Ore-Ida Hash Browns
  22. 2 cans low-salt cr. mushroom soup
  23. 2 cans low-salt cr. celery soup
  24. 1-1/2 cups lofat yogurt
  25. 1 package shredded low-salt, low-fat cheese
