  5. Cilantro Salmon :

  7. 3 to 3 1/2 lbs or 1.5 1.75 kgs salmon
  8. 2 to 3 cloves crushed garlic
  9. 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  10. 2 to 5 jalapeno peppers,cored,seeded,and chopped
  11. 2 small onions,finely chopped
  12. 2 tomatoes in eighthes
  13. 1 bunch of fresh cilantro,finely chopped
  14.  
  15. Clean salmon,removing the head and tail.In a bowl mix together the
  16. remaining ingredients,reserving 5 tomato wedges,and stuff the fish.Line
  17. the fish opening with the remaining tomato wedges.Wrap the fish tightly
  18. with foil.Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of
  19. fish or barbecue over hot coals.
