  14. I'm not familiar with Roy Roger's burger, so I don't know if these are
  15. similar, but I like them.

  17. Sunburgers(from Simply Vegetarian!)

  19. Preheat oven to 375F.  Mix together:
  20. 1.5 cups ground sunflower seeds
  21. .5 cup grated carrots
  22. .5 cup finely chopped celery
  23. 6 tablespoons minced onions
  24. 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  25. 2 eggs
  26. 1 teaspoon basil
  27. 2 tablespoons tamari
  28. 2tablespoons melted butter
  29. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  30.  
  31. Drop mixture by large spoonfuls, forming patties, onto an oiled baking sheet.
  32. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes on one side and 10-15 minutes on the other.  Both
  33. sides should be a medium brown color.
