Wireless TCP/IP Communications

Pocket PC Creations fully supports TCP/IP based communication between Pocket PCs in the field and a PC based Pocket PC Creations server. This includes a number of wireless systems such as wireless LANs and WANs, public phone networks, and traditional fixed ethernet adaptors.

Note that to make use of these features, the Pocket PC (and possibly your desktop PC) must be equipped with a suitable network adaptor. This may take the form of a PC or CompactFlash card, and will need to be configured according to the hardware vendor's specifications.
