| VCDEasy 1.1.5.2 The ideal tool for second part of the process of creating video discs, VCDEasy can create standard VCDs and non-standard video discs such as KVCDs, and it's often covered by Darren Yates in his Ripping & Burning tutorials. Unfortunately, the last freeware version (1.1.5.2) is getting pretty old now but it's still a great tool. The latest version (2.x) is now commercial, but it has a host of improvements and is certainly worth trying.
