CDex 1.51
For ripping audio from music CDs, CDex is one of the best free tools
available and it's the one Darren Yates will use most often in his
regular Ripping & Burning column. It can convert to WAV files or
to a good range of compressed formats, including MP3 and OGG.

Ripping audio from commercial CDs may be illegal unless you have
permission from the copyright owner.
