Voice Mail
FAXmaker can be set up as a voice mail system too. With an optional module, the fax server can dedicate lines to voice mail operation. By connecting one or more lines behind your PBX, FAXmaker will allow callers to leave voice messages for all users on the network. Voice mail will be logged in the FAXmaker Mailbox, or in any supported E-Mail package. Available as an optional voice/fax on demand module; price available upon request.

Fax on Demand
Fax on Demand technology turns an existing network into a powerful, 24 hour Sales or Customer Service machine, automatically delivering fax documents around the clock. Fax on Demand will save time, reduce postage costs, and most importantly, speed up customer response times. Available as an optional voice/fax on demand module; price available upon request.

How does it work?
1) Callers dial your Fax on Demand number and listen to the spoken voice menus.
2) The caller selects the information required using the telephone keypad.
3) The system immediately relays the selected information to the callerÆs fax number.

Any fax attachment can be included in the system, and there is no need to add additional phone lines or fax servers. Just equip one of the fax lines with a fax/voice modem, and FAXmaker will automatically detect between a fax or voice call. The Fax on Demand functionality may also be purchased as a separate package. FAXmaker Fax on Demand adds a Fax on Demand editor, with which you can create your own voice menu system and include an unlimited number of fax documents and ôinteractiveö menus.
