Starting next season Fran will be taking Monday nights off. That's because "The Nanny" will be moving to Wednesdays at 8:00 P.M. next season. Same fun new night! So be sure to keep Wednesday nights free next Fall to spend them with Fran and the gang on "The Nanny."

Fran Named as One of the Beautiful "People"
Fran Drescher has been named one of the "50 Most Beautiful People in the World" by People Magazine. In the article Fran's mom says that she was so pretty at age 12, that people would come up to her saying "My God!
Put a ball and chain on this one! She's so pretty." Frans insists that confidence and style are the best revenge. "If you're vivacious and comfortable, you can get away with anything!"

Til her boyfriend kicked her out in one of those
crushing scenes.

So over the bridge from Flushing to the Sheffields'
door. She was there to sell make-up but the father saw more.
She had style, she had flair. She was there.
That's how she became The Nanny.
Who would have guessed that the girl we described
was just exactly what the doctor prescribed.
Now the father finds her beguiling (watch out C.C.)
And the kids are actually smiling, such joie de vive.
She's the lady in red When everybody else is wearing tan.
