Hello from Argo Technical

With the arrival of version 1.04 (of Voyager), it is now possible to have any number of email addresses attached to your Argo Internet account.

There will be a one off charge of 5 pounds per additional address. This can be charged to your credit card or paid for by cheque.

For bulk orders, we can offer 10 new addresses for just 20 pounds. These must be provided in batches and will hopefully be useful for some of our school customers.

To facilitate a new address, we need to send a special message from our computers in the office, changes also need to be made to your account database. Once these have been done, your new addresses will be enabled. Typically we say allow up to 3 days for us to process the order.

If you wish to order more addresses, please email sales@argonet.co.uk with your current email address and a method of payment. DO NOT send credit card details over the internet! Also state the new addresses you want.

As a rough guide, if your current address is 'smith@argonet.co.uk', we recommend you chose dave.smith@argonet.co.uk or sarah.smith@argonet.co.uk

Restrictions releated to the new addresses

Remember, at the moment, your usual signiture file will be used for ALL of the addresses you have allocated. This will change in future versions of Voyager.

If you are collecting email on two machines, our special message will switch the mail box on for one of the machines. You will have to ask us to re-send the message for the other computer (there may be an additional charge)

If you look at your mail on software other than Voyager, all of the messages will go into the same mail box (your original). The same goes for other platforms.

Regards,
Argo Technical Support.
