If you have a problem, then try switching off you machine and re-booting with the minimum possible boot sequence. Can you replicate the problem?

This form is based on a standard VTi beta tester's bug report, and so might seem a bit daunting at first. Don't worry, you don't have to fill everything out. Also, if you feel that you don't want everyone knowing what hardware and software you've got, don't feel that you have to fill in those sections either. Obviously the more information we get on what environment the software is running in the better able we are to solve any problems, but we understand the need for privacy.
