Use the following procedure to install the serial port redirector for Windows.

Execute the secure-port-redirector.msi file.
Depending on your operating system, you may need to click Yes to a User Account Control popup message.
Click Next at the Setup Wizard.
Click I accept the terms in the License Agreement and Next.
Optionally, browse and select a different installation path and then click Next.
Verify the installation selections and then click Install.
Depending on your operating system, you may need to click Yes to the User Account Control popup.
Click Finish to complete the installation and open the port redirector.
Configure the port with the port redirector.
