Windows 98 4.10.1998 - 32-Bit Windows

Recommendation: Install the Windows 98 Year 2000 Software Update. Window98 users: Please start the Windows Update service from the link on the Start menu. This will prompt you to install the appropriate year 2000 updates for your Windows 98 system.

To request the update on CD-ROM call 888-673-8925 toll free.

If you use Outlook Express, install Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1 and the Outlook Express 4.01 SP1 Year 2000 Update.

OR, install Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 2 and the Outlook Express 4.01 SP2 Year 2000 Update.

Date handling: Dates are stored and manipulated as full dates. Dates are integral to the product's operation. The system clock is used for current date and time data.

Dates are displayed in two-digit and four-digit year formats, using the short and long date formats specified in the Control Panel Regional Settings.

The MS-DOS DATE command interprets two-digit shortcuts 00 - 80 to be years between 2000 and 2080.

Windows 95c OSR 2.5 - 32-Bit Windows

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) as your browser, Microsoft recommends installing either IE 4.01 Service Pack 2 or the software updates for IE 4.01 Service Pack 1: Wallet, the latest version of comctl32.dll, and Microsoft Virtual Machine.
