Possible TCP/IP problem -- PING hostname fails.

CURRENT SITUATION
POSSIBLE CAUSES
USER ACTION
  1. If you have DNS:
    1. You must enable DNS in the LAN WorkPlace Config programs.
    2. You must know you DNS server numeric IP address.
    3. You must know your domain name. e.g. some_site.company.com
  2. If you do not have DNS:
    1. You must provide entries for the HOSTS file using the LAN WorkPlace Config programs.
