  2. The vegetarian recipes contained in this archive are the work of many
  3. people, but special credit belongs to Mark Satterly of Hamilton, Ontario
  4. for his time and effort in editing and compiling this collection.

  6. (Be sure to look for another great file, MM-VEGAN.ZIP, which contains
  7. 721 mostly vegan recipes from Mark and others.  MM-VEGAN should be
  8. available from many fine BBS's worldwide.)

  10. ABOUT IMPORTING TO MEAL-MASTER (tm) v7.00 OR HIGHER:

  12. These recipes are in Meal-Master format, so if you use version 7.00
  13. or higher of this great recipe program you can just add all 34 recipes
  14. to your database via the Meal-Master IMPORT feature. Instructions follow:

  16.   1. Start up Meal-Master.
  17.  
  18.   2. From the Main Menu choose [U]-Utilities.
  19.  
  20.   3. At the Utilities Menu, select [I]-Import Recipe.
  21.  
  22.   4. Type in the drive, path, and filename of the recipe file you'd like
  23.      to import.  (APPETLAC.REC, COOKYLAC.REC, etc.), or use the F1 key
  24.      to select from the picklist, then press <ENTER>.
  25.  
  26.   5. If desired, change any importing options on the Import Menu
  27.      screen, then press "S" to Start importing.  (Leave "Reformat
  28.      Directions" set to [NO] if you don't want to alter the carefully
  29.      arranged directions text in these recipes.)

  31.   6. In a couple of minutes you should have a nice collection of
  32.      ovo-lacto vegetarian recipes in your database - enjoy!
