  6.     Jake starts describing some of the passersby who catch 
  7.     his eye: a short, blue BOLIAN walks arm-and-arm with a 
  8.     leggy Bajoran DABO GIRL; he's wearing fancy clothes 
  9.     and, oddly, he has hair.
  10.  
  11.                     JAKE
  12.             A Bolian tries to impress a dabo 
  13.             girl... by wearing a toupee...
  14.  
  15.     A Bajoran MONK ENTERS carrying a SATCHEL and is greeted 
  16.     by one of the FERENGI WAITERS that works at Quark's.
  17.  
  18.                     JAKE
  19.             A thief disguises himself as a
  20.             Monk so he can swindle a
  21.             Ferengi...
  22.  
  23.     Jake's eye is caught by a striking Alien Woman who 
  24.     stands framed in the airlock, strangely still, taking 
  25.     in her surroundings with a gaze that is at once bemused 
  26.     and world-weary.
  27.  
  28.     We will come to know her as ONAYA. Her features are 
  29.     vaguely feline, though you might have to look twice to 
  30.     see she wasn't human. Her skin is pale, her hair long 
  31.     and dark, like her dress, which is flowing and 
  32.     diaphanous. It's hard to guess her age, mid-thirties, 
  33.     maybe forties.
  34.  
  35.                     JAKE
  36.             A woman... traveling alone... 
  37.             she's come a long way...
  38.  
  39.     Jake stops talking when he sees her eyes find his... 
  40.     she's looking at him. Their eyes lock...
  41.  
  42. 5    JAKE'S POV
  43.  
  44.     as the woman holds his gaze... until some other 
  45.     passengers block Jake's sightline for a moment.
  46.  
  47. 6    RESUME SCENE
  48.  
  49.     When Jake can see again, the woman is gone. He cranes 
  50.     to find her again, looks this way and that, but she's 
  51.     nowhere to be found. Off his intrigued features...
