  8.     as ODO makes his way down it. It's first thing in the 
  9.     morning, and the shops are just opening for business. 
  10.     A BAJORAN SHOPKEEPER is arranging merchandise on the 
  11.     counter when she sees Odo. She smiles because he's 
  12.     coming through at his usual time, to the minute. He 
  13.     nods a greeting.
  14.  
  15.                     ODO
  16.             Good morning...
  17.  
  18.     He passes another storefront where the ALIEN PROPRIETOR 
  19.     is just swinging his doors open.
  20.  
  21.                     ODO
  22.             Punctual, as always...
  23.  
  24.     They exchange nods as Odo continues off...
  25.  
  26. 7B   NEW ANGLE (FORMERLY SCENE 2)
  27.  
  28.     as Odo passes by Quark's. He stops in his tracks, 
  29.     dismayed to see MORN and a few other would-be customers 
  30.     standing outside the locked door, waiting with TWO 
  31.     FERENGI WAITERS for the bar to open. Odo doesn't like 
  32.     this, Quark is late. Suddenly QUARK hurries up, 
  33.     looking a bit harried, like he's overslept. Morn 
  34.     starts to say something, but Quark cuts him off.
  35.  
  36.                     QUARK
  37.             Don't even start.
  38.  
  39.     Morn falls silent, decides to be thankful Quark made 
  40.     it. Quark fiddles with the lock until he notices Odo standing there.
  41.  
  42.                     QUARK
  43.             What are you looking at?
  44.  
  45.     Odo says nothing, just looks disapproving.
  46.  
  47.                     QUARK
  48.             So I'm a few minutes late. I was
  49.             here till four in the morning last
  50.             night.

  52.                     ODO
  53.             You close at two.
  54.  
  55.     The door starts to OPEN.
