  16.     VESSEL can be seen moving in the background.

  20.     as PASSENGERS from the transport ENTER the Promenade 
  21.     from an airlock. The mix should represent a variety of 
  22.     Starfleet officers, Bajorans and aliens, and most of 
  23.     them seem to be here on business of some kind. We see 
  24.     Bajoran dignitaries being greeted by Bajoran officers 
  25.     in uniform, Vedeks being greeted by fellow Vedeks, etc.

  27.     JAKE SISKO is leaning against the rail on the Second 
  28.     Level, studying the faces and costumes of the departing 
  29.     passengers. He activates a PADD in his hand and we 
  30.     hear a distinctive BEEP.
