Not only the 6 PCI slots and 3 free drive bays offer room for expansion: Also the working storage can be expanded up to 1,040 MB. The main bus clock of 50 MHz fully exploits the power of the PowerPC 604e at 200 MHz, which is placed on a daughter card. CD-ROM and harddisk work on a SCSI bus. MAGNA comes in a midi tower in ATX format, including a 2-button mouse and an ergonomic ADB keyboard with 105 keys. Further hardware components (ISDN, modems, and ZIP drives, etc.) are available through our distributors.
MAGNA supports monitors from 14 inch to 21 inch (VGA and SVGA displays). Resolutions from 512x386 to 1600x1200 are available, in 24 bit maximum 1152x870.
