  1. We have recently switched from Apex netup to Net Commander.  Do not use the
  2. file now named DEE1.EXE.  It is the old Apex DE file.  It is included only
  3. because if we switch back, it will be easier.  Please read SETUP.DOC and
  4. NETWORK.HLP for more information on setting up ROTISH on your computer.  We
